Responsible Gambling
Gambling should be entertainment that you pay for, not income. This page explains how to keep play in check, how to spot trouble early and where to get free help in Australia.
Know the status of this casino
Play365 is listed as unlicensed and the operator is undisclosed. Protections that come with a licensed Australian or major international regulator may not apply, including formal dispute resolution. Only deposit money you can afford to lose entirely, and never treat any bonus as guaranteed value.
Set limits before you start
- Decide your budget before you log in and stick to it.
- Choose a time limit and use a phone alarm.
- Never chase losses. A bad session does not make the next one more likely to win.
- Do not gamble when tired, stressed, angry or after drinking.
- Keep gambling money separate from rent, bills and savings.
Warning signs
Table-games staff are trained to spot these signals on the casino floor, and they apply online just as well:
- Playing for longer than planned or skipping meals and sleep
- Borrowing money or selling things to gamble
- Hiding or lying about how much you spend
- Feeling irritable when you try to cut back
- Raising stakes to recover earlier losses
